The UK's first AI-powered carbon tracking tool designed specifically for African and Caribbean cooking. Built by Grace using Python, Scikit-learn, and Power BI — the tool maps recipes to real emissions data using DEFRA 2025 factors and recommends culturally appropriate lower-carbon alternatives. Available to digital members via subscription. SaaS licensing planned for Year 3. Trademark application in preparation.
