Purpose
To ensure African and Caribbean communities lead — not follow — the UK's green transition, protecting cultural heritage while reducing energy costs and carbon emissions. Sustainability is everyone's business — and should be the business of everyone.
A world where African and Caribbean cooking is affordable, green, and future-proof — and where our communities are globally recognised as leaders of the sustainable food movement, not bystanders to it.
Heritage first. Scientific rigour. Radical honesty. Community over competition. We build trust through transparency — from our carbon calculations to our business model and our partnerships.
